My Journey to Holistic Mental Wellness
For years, I worked in the mental health field, helping others navigate their struggles. But when I faced burnout, re-surfacing trauma, and unexpected mental and physical fatigue, I realized something crucial—traditional approaches alone weren’t enough.
Through functional lab testing and genetic insights, I discovered that I had nutrient deficiencies I was genetically prone to, which were affecting my mood, energy, and resilience. Instead of relying solely on conventional treatments, I made a profound shift—using diet, supplements, and lifestyle changes to restore my well-being.
This transformation led me to deepen my knowledge in holistic and functional mental health approaches, and today, I help others take the same empowering steps toward wellness.

I hold national board certification as a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner and am additionally certified in integrative medicine for mental health. While I do not practice in a medical or prescribing capacity within my coaching services, my clinical background provides a strong foundation for understanding the complex factors that contribute to mental wellness.
